Huawei Tanzania and Vodacom Tanzania have entered into a significant Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategic Partnership aimed at addressing societal challenges, particularly in the Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) sector.
Inking the deal, Mr. Damon Zhang, Managing Director of Huawei Tanzania, emphasized the proverbial wisdom: "To go faster, you go alone, and to go farther, you go together." This collaboration reflects Huawei's commitment to bridging the digital gap in Tanzania through strategic alliances.
Zhang highlighted Huawei's recent participation in the Vodacom Digital Accelerator Session 3, reaffirming their dedication to positively impacting Tanzanian society, particularly the youth.
The partnership aims to implement transformative programs like DigiTruck and Digital Accelerator to empower individuals, support local communities, and contribute to Tanzania's overall development.
