Investors of Faida Fund Reap Benefits with a Payout of TZS 1.3 Billion



Dar es Salaam, Investors in the Faida Fund, managed by Watumishi Housing Investments (WHI), have received a substantial payout of TZS 1.3 billion due to the fund's robust performance and careful investment strategies.

Faida Fund, a Collective Investment Scheme (CIS), distributed profits to 2,898 investors, reflecting the scheme's commitment to wealth creation for Tanzanians, especially those in the middle and low-income brackets, through strategic investments in units. The fund, established in January this year, currently boasts a total size of TZS 16.4 billion.

Maryjane Makawia, WHI Communication Specialist, emphasized that the Faida Fund operates as an open-ended scheme, aiming to bolster the financial portfolios of Tanzanian investors. She highlighted the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) at an impressive TZS 107.9510, indicating the fund's financial strength and stability. Makawia attributed this success to WHI's prudent investment strategies and expert management.
