The first-ever Tanzania-EU mega business forum continues today, 24 February 2023 with over 700 people, from Tanzania and 27 member states of the European Union.
The forum included signing of the agreements which were:
i. Air Service Agreement between the Government of France and the Tanzania Civil Aviation Agency
ii. Memorandum of Understanding between the Port of Antwerp-Bruges International and Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) Port of Antwerp-Bruges International (PoABI) and APEC
iii. Kakono - investment for construction of a new hydropower plant in the Kagera region (EUR 296 million) jointly funded by The European Investment Bank And African Development Bank
