Vodacom Tanzania Shines at Tanzania Service Awards for Exemplary Customer Services

Vodacom Tanzania has been honored with three awards at the Annual Tanzania Service Excellence Awards 2024, organized by the Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM) in Dar es Salaam over the weekend.

Belinda Wera, the Head of Customer Service and Digital at Vodacom Tanzania, along with Charles Daniel, the Collections Manager, proudly received the certificates after the company secured top positions in three categories.


Vodacom Tanzania emerged as the winner in the Best Customer Service category, the second winner in the Best Communication and Internet Services Network category, and the second winner in Social Responsibility.

The Director of International Trade and Economic Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Ambassador John Ulanga, was present at the award ceremony to hand over the certificates to the Vodacom Tanzania team.


The awards ceremony, which marked the debut of the Annual Tanzania Service Excellence Awards, aimed to recognize companies that have excelled in providing exceptional service to customers across various sectors. Vodacom Tanzania's victory underscores its commitment to delivering top-notch customer service, maintaining an excellent communication network, and actively participating in social responsibility initiatives.

The event, attended by various dignitaries and guests, celebrated the achievements of companies that have set a high standard in customer service excellence.
